Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had my printer for three weeks and began experiencing paper jams.  I thought it was the printer itself.  When I replaced the cartridge, my paper jams were elminated.  The ink jet cartridge which had been supplied with the printer had "spent" so long on the shelf before being purchased by  me had "gone bad.". Another lesson I learned, on the touch screen sliding the icons to the left reveals a maintenance icon which will clean the print heads.  I had my printer for two years before I realized this.  My printer is out of warranty, but is in excellent condition, and prints well.  My next printer will be a smart tank.  I have peace of mind when I buy an HP printer.
