Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Laserjet Pro M402dw on Mac 10.13.6 system

Paper Tray Error along with "Insert rear USB Drive with at least 16 GB memory" message?

My printer was working fine this morning and printed as usual. All of a sudden, this paper tray is empty message appeared along with the USB Drive message.

 

HELP - this is very frustrating, I've rebooted both computer and printer to no avail.!
