HP Recommended
Product: Hp sprocket plus

I have HP sprocket plus printer since last two years. It was working fine earlier, however recently when i tried to use it , paper gets stuck every time i print. I have not been able to print at all. I have tried resetting printer\ followed all steps suggested online. However its not working. Please suggest what can be done.
