Product: HP ENVY 6000
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi

 

I just bout a HP envy 6000 printer, and it dos not want to print. It has printet 2 pages so far, It says paper jam but i checkt everywhere and there where no paper stuck in that printwer. Turnd it on and off, did not work. Did all the instructions, saw all the videos etc, tryed everything. And its new so its clean. But i still get the error of paper jam and can't print. Trust me there are no paper that are stuck in that printer.  

 

Why dos my printer say paper jam, and how can i fix this error?
