Product: Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I started noticing that every print was not clean. It prints with no issue, but the quality is bad. I decided to do a self-clean with the printer settings. It starts and begins the process. But somewhere towards the end of the clean, the paper keeps jamming over and over. I would open the rear door and remove the paper. Start it again, and again the same issue would happen. There was a point where it said there was a paper jam, I checked and it had multiple pages stuck together with toner. Do I need a new printer?
