HP Recommended
Product: officejet pro 9025

My OfficeJet Pro 9025 does not recognize there is paper in the tray. I get the message, "Maker sure paper is loaded and is below the paper stack tab or line shown on the tray. Touch OK when ready to continue." When I press Okay it still does not print and brings me back to the same message. Help!
