Product: HP MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting a paper jam error and I have looked everywhere for evidence of a jam and there is none. I have pulled out the trays, opened the back, turned it over, did reset by unplugging while still on and waiting a minute, disconnected cat 6, pressed and held power button for a minute, etc. This printer is about 2 yrs old. What is going on???
