Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP laptop, and I just got the HP Envy 7585 printer. I also bought some HP Glossy Advanced Photo Paper for Inkjet, 8.5"x11" photo paper from the HP store on Amazon, but I none of my photos are clear. They're all blurry! Not sure if anyone has a solution, please help? I can't even print on cardstock clearly for some reason. I am, however, able to print clearly on 4"x6" photo paper, but that's not what I'm aiming for. I've done the start up steps quite a few times, so really not sure what the problem is. It's not an issue with the pictures I have either, they print clearly if use the 4"x6", and I'm not making my images bigger or smaller either. My ink cartridges are full, not low on ink at all. What should I do?
