Product: HP Envy 5642
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 5642 Printer

Getting a

"Photo Tray Problem" on display

"The Photo Tray is blocked. Please adjust tray and try Again"

There isn't anything physically blocking it and I can move the tray back and forth without issue (besides the error still being there}.

When I clear the error, it will show "Printing" and then show an "Out of Paper" error even though there is paper loaded
