Product: HP Photosmart C309a and HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After connecting 2 printers, to a new network, I did the same on 2 computers (both Windows 10).  My HP Envy 5530 setup went fine, all reports were printed.  but I was asked to enter a passcode on my computer, and printer (I didn't have one, and I need one to use the printer with the computer).  I don't even know where to enter a "PASSCODE", NOT PASSWORD, on the printer itself).

My HP C309a printer set up also went fine, however, when trying to install on my Windows 10 desktop the status reads:  "driver unavailable."  I've searched and spent two plus days on these issues, can't count the number of times I uninstalled and re-installed the printers.  Thanking you in advance for any assistance, you can provide, in order to allow me to print from my computers.
