HP Recommended
Product: Photosmart C4250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot download printer drivers to my HP Windows 10.  It says "blocked because it could harm your device".  I was able to download this on my other HP windows 10  (that computer crashed, not because of the printer).  I have tried all of the suggestions.  A big circle!  It finishes the download but stops there.  Cannot install.
