Product: hp smart tank 500
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Good day everyone!

Seeking help to download a driver that has print and scan capability.

Tried a lot of times this (downloaded already HP Smart / Hp Firmware / Hp Easy start) but main problem it could not detect my printer (considering its connected via usb BUT the printer can be used as a printer but not the scan feature) so therefore i think the usb connection is good but i dont know why it cant be detected by the hp software apps. please help Thanks in a advance
