I have recently been having problems with the print quality of my H-P Color Laserjet Pro M452DN printer. I am trying to print labels, using the Avery 1" x 2-5/8" labels that are for use with either inkjet or laserjet printers.

When I try to print a sheet of 30 labels, some of the labels have very faint "shadow" printing on them, in addition to what is supposed to be on the labels. I am printing from a pdf file and I have tried using different methods of opening the file - using both Adobe and Microsoft Edge.

It used to be that when I would print labels, I would get a "box" that has selections for different types of paper, labels, etc. But I no longer see any selections available for what I am trying to print (labels).

Previously, I have had other print quality issues when trying to print labels. I would attempt to print the same size labels, with my ham radio call sign (N9EN) in large, bold print. But some of the labels would show varying degrees of "blackness" in the printed letters.

I do not know if this is an H-P issue, or a Microsoft issue. Thank you for any ideas on this!
