Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dn
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Our HP PageWide Pro 477dn has an issue when printing on A4 paper. Approx the first 1-2cm of the page is printed in poor quality or not at all. 

 

Black text comes out ina a faded out line or even a dark purple. Colours are off and patchy. The rest of the doc is fine.

 

I have cleaned and recalibarated the printer, removed it and reset it to my computer. Issue the same place and same size every time. 

 

Any ideas?
