Hello

 

I have read a lot into this Community to find out the same problem what is describe in several posts but nothing helps. Therefore I permit to ask again once.

My printer is a HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476 and Document stays in queue after printing.

 

I can take them away from the queue with stopping the service and cleaning the spooler directory but that is not the solution.

It is not the printer himself, because when printing from others computers (all have Windows 7) there is no problem.

 

It is not the bidirectional parameter, I have delete & install all drivers again but without success.

I read many-many other forums/posts or interesting information but nothing helps.

I installed http://hp.care/2biN2XE but also it does not helps.

 

And my system cannot restore the Windows to an previous point (also when I stop the AV)

 

Have someone an maybe another idea ?
