Greetings,

 

I have 2 brand new Color LaserJet Pro M252dw printers. I am connected them by IP to my Server 2012 R2 server again fresh install. I have download the lastest drivers and installed them to the server. I was able to connect the printer during the install process. This computer is not connected to the Internet so it failed on the step of checking for updates. The printer shows online. When I try to print something it goes to the printer print queue and them immediately disappears. 

 

It will not print a test page.

It WILL print an internal test page.

 

Why will it not print normal pages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. Still not prints come out. What else can I try?
