HP Recommended
Product: Samsung c480fw printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My black print cartridge is at 33% but the print is unreadable.  When I put in a new cartridge, the print is fine.  Usually, I have to replace the cartridge when it's in the 10-15% range.  Is this a defective cartridge?  Any suggestions?  These cartridges are *expensive* and if I only get to use 2/3's of it, that makes it even more expensive!
