Product: Officejet 4655
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Christmas letter - printed 10 good ones, the next went bad about 20% printed. Tried cleaning the print heads 3 times, no change whatsoever. Went to OfficeDepot, bought new black&color cartridges, replaced color, aligned printer, and got identical bad results. Good copy\bad copy scan attached. BadPrint.jpg
