HP Recommended
Product: LasterJet P1102w
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

In the web interface, the first option under "Print settings" is "Print density."  The default setting is 3, and I can change it, but by the next day it has always reverted to 3.  I don't see any visible difference in the print quality between 1 and 3.  Does this setting do anything?
