Hello, I have a workhorse LJ 5000 printer with a JetDirect module to allow printing over ethernet in my office.

 

I would like to log printing for auditing and/or charging to a client for usage.

 

What tools exist either built-in or add-on to allow me to do this.

 

I can no longer access the Web GUI for the jetdirect admin, most likely because it may have been flash which is no longer supported by my browser. However I understand the Web GUI wouldn't necessarily have the tool(s) I need to do this.

 

Printing to the printer is direct by ip, I would prefer not to use a PC as a print server if I can avoid it.
