Please can anyone help because this is causing no end of issues for me as a small business. This is a brand new printer bought 2 weeks ago. Brand new instant ink cartridges.

 

3 level cleaning preformed multiple times.  Alignment preformed multiple times. Print quality diagnostic is ok. Soon as I print my own artwork, this is occurring with everything. Doesn’t matter the paper, the font etc.... I’ve tried multiple things. 

this was the main reason I replaced my old printer. 
This is a serious issue. Not only that but the black ink STILL doesn’t dry.
