Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283FDW. When I go in devices and printer under control panel and click printer preferences and then click the tab Paper/Quality I am not able to change the print quality (it is set to ImageREt 3600). I have installed the printer using the full software downloaded from the product driver page and have also installed it via HP Smart.

Both ways print quality cannot be changed.

 

Please help!
