Product: mfp x585
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

 

This printer has never been used it has been sitting down for 3 years with ink cartridges inside. i inserted new ink cartridge performed advance cleaning from the maintenance menu and also print head cleaning but the result is still bad. very poor print quality see attachments. Please does anyone have a solution for this? i have even tried cleaning the print head manually with paper towel same result
