HP Envy 6255 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 6255 printer.

I will send large print job to printer.   Frequently the print job stops.  The print queue reports - printer is out of paper.  I go to the printer - open the paper tray - there is paper in it.  I add more paper to the paper tray - it is quite full.  I push paper tray back in.  The display panel on the printer indicates it is ready to print (or copy or scan).   I run HP Smart and select settings - it shows printer status as "Ready" .  I attempt to print "test" from HP smart - Then I get report that printer is out of paper.  I can see the printer - it is full of paper - the display on the printer is ready.    HP drivers refuses to think printer has paper and will not print anything.  This happens frequently.  Powering off printer and computer fixes it but that is anything but "smart".    Very annoyed with the HP printer wireless connections and support.
