Product: HP M479FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i try to print from my phone (android) whether it is from a site or a word doc the printer blocks..  I installed another app Nokoprint and it allows me to print but none of the HP Apps work (HP print service plug in and HP Smart both installed)  i do not do much printing from my device but THIS did work at one point and i am not sure when it went sideways.  No issues prior dont like the ad's in the apps from the playstore, very annoying...  Whats going on??  Even tried the HP Scan DR (5.6.1) to assist in finding the issue and it hard stops on "device status" while diagnosing the issue, i have to "skip" to continue and then is just flags that still with a yellow "!".   I know i can print so the connection is there just NOT with the HP app.....  Help..  side note i uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and software as well as checking for updates...  Same goes for the app on the device.
