Laserjet Pro Color M451dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had to reload my HP Laserjet Pro 400 Color M451dn and although I was successful, I cannot reset up HP Eprint without a

Printer Claim Code. And I am now 76 years old, frustrated by my inability to remember how I first got everything to work.

Went through process to turn off and turn on Web Services setup to get Claim Code without any success.   The printer is connected via Ethernet through a Netgear N600 Router.  This is not a major inconvenience but it does remind me of my fading abilities. The old days when I had my HP 4P (12 years) without a blip, were the real simple configuration and setup days. Long gone.

I even saved all the paperwork from purchase including the original print exhibits during the initial installation, went through it all but could not find any  Claim Code.  Old age is a .....  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Regards
