Product: MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My color Laser Jet All-In-One is connected to my wifi.  I can access it and print to it from all computers on my network, but when I try to enable Web Services, it says there is no Internet connection.  

The Wireless Network Test Report is clean.

 

The Print and Scan Doctor says everything is fine.  

 

But things are not fine. 🙂
