Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The display on our HPCA30ED (HP PageWide Pro 750) is upside down and backwards. I have tried to do a reset based on information provided to another use with a similar issue. I removed the power cord from the printer and the wall. I press and held the power button for at least 30 seconds. I tried to power it back on line but got the same display result. Need directions on how to do an advance reset. Had this same problem last week, and corrected it by powering down, removing power, restoring power and turning the printer back on. Not so lucky this week. Your help is appreciated.
