Product: Officejet Pro X476dn MFP

Our work printer could be working alright when we leave work for home, but coming back in the morning we will find it flashing all its lights for no reason. Nothing we can do but to reboot (by unplug power cord). It happens often, perhaps once every 2 weeks. Very annoying. Anyone knows what it means? Video link below.
