Product: HP Envy 4527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm trying to connect my new HP Envy 4527 to web services. Connected to internet via wifi. All requirements have been done. Getting error message: 'The printer could not connect to web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.'    This has been for 6 days now.    How do I connect, or has web services ceased.    Help auto reply system has been of no help at all.
