Product: HP DeskJet3052A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I ran Windows update and I am unable to print from Windows Office. Printer status shows "idle". However, I am able to print a test page and able to print pdf files. I have uninstalled the printer and did a reinstall with the disk and status still idle. I uninstalled again and reinstalled using website. In both these cases, it showed install using USB successful and driver download successful. Printer status still shows "idle". I ran Print & Scan Doctor from HP Support and it detected a problem with the driver. Again, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Help!
