Deskjet F4580
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me. I’m not a computer/printer person so I appreciate your understanding in advance. My printer (Deskjet F4580) shows low ink levels, despite replacing the cartridges (both original, exp. date 2023). It won’t print unless I restart it with On/Off button+ Cancel button. After restart the ink levels come up to 1 out of 4 ‘drops’ in display, yet still it will print nothing more than blank page. My old colour cartridge leaked before replacement and I cleaned the inside manually with cotton buds and water… ? Did I do the right thing? Would you please know what the issue may be and if there is a way to fix these ink levels or is this more serious issue not worth fixing?
Thanks guys,

Anna
