Hello all,

 

I getting failures installing any printer type
I have two existing working printers installed on my network.(HP  color LJ M452DN & Epson Inkjet WF-3640)
I have tried using the discover method in system settings - printers - add printer. 

► Printer is successfully discovered, begins installation but fails with message "Unable to find driver" for both printers
I have downloaded the HP driver/software for the printer
► The applet discovers the printer, begins the installation process and fails to complete with an error(no further info)
I have run the HP Support assistant to insure Win 10 is up to date
I have run the HPOSCHECK which produced 22 successful tests, and not errors.
