Product: Laserjet Pro m1217 nfw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After October 2020 updates i cant use Hp Smart services with my printer. There is new driver update on March 2021. But i still habe same issues. My issues are:

-I can use default printer services, like scan, print. But when i want to use Hp Smart it cant see my printer. It see an other printer Laserjet m1132. And cant print, cant scan with internet. But it see truely my printer with usb connection. And i can use Hp Smart services.

-I cant use my printer with my phone. I think it is because of Hp Smart too. When i wnat to print or scan with my phone i must use Hp Smart again. When i open print screen my printer restarts itself and i cant use my printer with telephone. My telephone is Samsung Galaxy S10e.

 

I tried:

-Fabric reset my printer

-Reinstall drivers

-Change wifi settings

-I tried another pc

 

But i still have same issue.

 

I think problem is 2020 October product update. After this update i have had this issues. After this update they not produce new update. They just produce software update for pc. I tried everyway i can.
