11/19/18:  I originally posted this on 11/1/18, and have not had any input for assistance.  If there in anybody out there that an help, I would truly appreciate it!  I have been using the same hpeprint address for years....  There has to be a way to connect it back to my account under HP Connected.  THANK YOU!

I have been using a customized HP ePrint email address for a couple of years.  I noticed my printer was not working with my ePrint address, and printed out the configuration.  My printer now shows a random HP ePrint email address.  I accessed my account online at hpeprint.com, and attempted to change my printer back to my original customized email address.  But the system states that the address is already in use (YES, BY ME!).

I double checked and made sure that any other email addresses I have were not assocated with another account that I may have lost track of.  I only have the one account, that has apparently been hyjacked.  Can you please help me?

Thank you for your time and assistance!
