Product: HP Laserjet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer is Laserjet Pro MFP M428fdw.   i never had this problem before.  My router did go out and we replaced and it was working great then then yesterday another storm came through and power was knocked out.  And all of this started never had an issue once the router was replaced.   I try to print a word document and the printer "PAUSES" ... I click on "RESUME" and the status says "READY TO PRINT" and falls right back into pause.  It also states Encryption credentials have expired.  I have followed all of HP's step by step remedies and nothing is working.   I have renewed the encryption certificate and I have followed the instruction of unplugging and plugging back in and clearing all print jobs and then right clicking and resetting printer system.  So I tried printing again and it still does the same as above.  Please help.
