Product: HP Officejet Pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

How can i turn off auto updates in firmware on an Officejet Pro 9010 printer

when this feature was iocked prior to me setting up the printer initially.

The Printer Update Option is on Auto. 

I don't know how that is possible even before I bought this printer ? 

I need to turn off auto updates because this may interrupt printing if

I use a compatible ink cartridge.

Can someone please help.
