I lost the password for the Embedded Web Server and would like to reset it to the default.

I've seen other questions from people who have forgotten the admin password and the answer always sent as a Direct Message.

Please send me a direct message with instructions to reset the EWS/admin password on my printer.

I don't have the rights to close my post (yet), could you please do that for me. I finally found the solution: restore to factory settings on the printer panel then reconfigure. I got scared when the printer declared my cartridges illegal but by logging in to instant ink everything was back to normal.
