My mobile printing was working through mobile direst, however I kept getting notifications on my android phone that the printer blocked some documents. I also had the odd notification saying that the printer would not print encrypted jobs, even though they weren't encrypted.

 

I followed some online instructions where it suggested clearing the cache and the data and now it won't work at all. 

 

I can still connect to WiFi direct but for some reason it won't connect to my actual wireless Internet and the Internet light either flashes or is off. Again I have followed instructions with using the wps button etc but nothing is working. 

 

 

I desperately need this to print off my sons school work. 

 

Any advice on what I can do please?
