My Samsung SCX-3405FW has been connected to my iMac (10.6.8) via ethernet and my Mac Book (10.11.6) via wireless connection for a number of years and all of a sudden refuses to print from either machine.
After holding a job in cue for a few minutes and a couple of attempts, it says it is unable to connect. Although both machines show the printer in the printer selection panel. If I turn it off and then back on, I can generally print a page or two and then the same thing after it sits idle for a couple of minutes. This is just a recent issue and has worked fine in the past and has almost always been left on.
I appreciate any and all help in this matter, as it has been a terrific printer and I truly hate to lose it.
