LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP M375nw

There is a "Developer Motor Rotation Error" code 59.0192 in the Event Log on the printer's UI and a 59.c0 error "turn off then turn on" message on the touchscreen at walkup.  I cannot print jobs sent to the printer or reports at walkup such as a configuration sheet.  If I send a print job and let it cycle in the queue to the very end, I get a message saying to clear the paper jam in tray 2 and hit yes when it it cleared.  There is no paper jam whatsoever in the tray or rollers and when I hit yes, it gives me the 59.c0 error message.

I had read previous posts about taking out the toner cartridges individually one by one, closing the front door and seeing if the message appears on the touchscreen and replacing that cartridge if it does.  That did not work for me.
