Hi, 

My HP smart app isn't working properly. It worked fine for almost 2hours since I first connected. after that the app asked me to install drivers to print from the printer. First time the process was a success and it said that I will be now able to print from the device. When I clicked "print document" again it popped up the same message as before and asked me to install drivers to print. I clicked yes again and it took almost half an hour. After that I tried to print again but the same error popped up. I gave the permission again but it was unable to install this time. It asked me to add device using the print the section in win 10 settings. I did as it said but in the settings section it showed drivers are missing to add this device. Now I can't do anything form my pc as the drivers are not installed. I tried reinstalling the drivers for printer from device manager but it didnt work. 
I can print usually from the print section in windows 10...It just doesn't work in the app. I can even scan from the printer using web service by hp. I think something's wrong with the app in my pc. I reinstalled it but it didnt work. The printer works fine from my mobiles. and it also works fine from my win 10 laptop...It just doesn't work from the app.

This happens every time no matter how many times I do it👆☝️
