Product: HP app on iphone 12 pro
Operating System: iOS

I am getting a continual pop up error on my iphone 12 that says my printer is offline and in brackets 6f9805.  If I hit cancel it comes back every 2 minutes.  If I hit continue it comes back....I am so frustrated.  I have the HP eprint app on my phone.   The printer is not offline...I can not stop a print job that my daughter started on her iphone.  There is nothing in the que to cancel on my computer...this is a desktop Windows 10 computer that the printer prints from (wireless.)  I do not want to continue the pirnt job from her phone...how do I stop that and stop this error message?
