HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Printer won't connect to WiFi.  Many options are disabled, and won't give me the opportunity to enable them.  Get a "feature is locked by person who set up the printer" message for most things.  No idea why this is happening as it happened out of nowhere today.  

Have restarted my router and WiFi.  Restarted by Mac.  Shut printer on and off.  Nothing.  No wireless capabilities.  Any help is appreciated as I've exhausted two hours of internet searching and a fruitless call into HP customer service.

 

Should be noted I updated to Big Sur on Mac recently, though I haven't had any issues until today.
