Product: DeskJet 3755
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer started to print solely in magenta despite working perfectly right before that happened. Basically I was printing a page in colour and it was going well until the last bit was printed in magenta. This has happened before so I switched the cartridges thinking that would help but it didn’t. I then completed an alignment test, multiple cleanings, and a quality test report. Still, it’s printing in purple. I even took the cartridge out and saw that there is cyan and yellow ink in the cartridge! I could see it on the print head. Can anyone help me with this? Im out of ideas and I really need to get my printer working.
