Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw

We bought this printer a few months ago. We have a very weak internet service and have had extreme difficulty printing wirelessly. The only way it will connect is if we turn the printer off and back on again, it finds it, prints and then cannot find it after that. So we have to reboot it EVERYTIME we want to print. I recently installed the print software and connected a USB, once I did that, my documents that printed clear previously started to have fuzzy blurry text. Seems like we are having a data transfer issue? HELP!
