Product: HP Deskjet 3054A e-All-in-One Printer - J611j

My printer/scanner works perfectly with the ubs cable.  When I try to set up wirelessly, it gives a generic IP address that is not accepted and won't let me connect.  I've loaded and unloaded the HP app but to no avail.
