Product: Dell intel 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print from Adobe Acrobat. I have tried all the solutions I can find: removed printer in Settings and reloaded, did the trouble shooting with Dr Scan. whenever I try to print, I get the following message: Printer not activated error code 30. In settings, the HP printer is the default printer but it also says "App available for this device". When I open Printer App, it shows this printer as ready to go. I can print Word documents as well as PDF docuements. My printer is HP OfficePro Jet 6970.
