Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Update: Well it's finally working and I have no real idea of how I did it!

 

Hi I moved house 3 months ago and never been able to use the printer. It's turned on and the PC is connected and works fine but it says the printer is offline.

How do I get it online  - in laymans terms!

 

The PC is Windows 10, version 20H2 if that's any help.
