Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have 2 networks, printer is on a Netgear wifi and computer is on a wired/wifi cox network.
If printer is on the cox wifi, I can print from computer but not from Ipad which is on the netgear network.
If printer is on the netgear wifi, I can print from the ipad but not from the computer.
Ipad is at the other side of the house and must be on the Netgear network.
If I connect the printer to the cox network with a cable, then I cannot print from a wireless device.
Any advice?
